Neighborhood Car Locksmith is a fully mobile auto locksmith working out of 853 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, and serving Atlanta along with the surrounding communities. These terms cover both your use of this website and any locksmith service we perform for you.
When you book service, you confirm that you own the vehicle or are otherwise allowed to access it. Before we unlock, cut or program keys for, or rekey any vehicle, we may ask to see identification and registration, and we may decline service if satisfactory proof of authorization isn't available.
We give you a price for your specific job before any work begins. Each quote rests on the vehicle details you provide; if the situation turns out to differ once we arrive, we'll explain any change and get your go-ahead before continuing.
We do our best to reach you quickly, but any arrival window we mention is an estimate only. Traffic, weather, and how busy we are all affect timing, so arrival times can't be guaranteed.
You agree to give us accurate information, to be present or arrange access along with proof of authorization, and to make sure the vehicle is legally parked and safe to work on. Delays or problems caused by inaccurate details are outside our control.
We perform the automotive locksmith work we've agreed to do. Some vehicles, keys, or security systems may not be something we can finish on-site, and we'll tell you plainly when that's the case. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or for faults unrelated to the work we actually carry out.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim tied to our services or this website is capped at the amount you paid for the service in question. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
